The Bittersweet Subconscious Mind
It’s a hard thing to keep in touch with your subconscious mind. We have to consciously work at it to empower our lives. Most people don’t realize that they’re controlled by their inner, subconscious thoughts. As children, we are programmed to think a certain way. As adults, we need to get in touch with our inner selves in order to reprogram our minds. It’s like we have two heads thinking different ideas…that need to be communicating with each other in order to create harmony in the human spirit. When you create harmony, your perspective comes from a higher level of existence. Many Americans are lacking this higher level of thinking. That’s why we have so much hate and unresolved social issues. People go through life asleep…never knowing what they really want…alienating each other or themselves. To be a truth seeker and a socially conscious person, you must practice the integration of the conscious and the subconscious mind.
